When I went to pick up the truck, it was covered in mud, so I had to wash it at home. The interior was also dirty and covered in dirt. Furthermore, they mailed the insurance and truck details after I left, and they reported that it had 1/4 of a tank of gas when in reality it was almost empty.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWhen I returned the truck, he had me to give him the keys and he put the gas was not where it was supposed to be before leaving. I took a picture of the gas and the mileage, and when I return, I had a picture of the gas and the mileage, and they charge me for gas, even though the gas and the miles was at the exact same place, not to mention when I get there, he had customers, so he didn’t even wait to see my photos.
