This was not the location that I chose for my drop off but this is the drop off UHAUL chose for me or I would be charged extra. 20 minutes away and in a part of town that was not safe for a women and her 22 year old daughter to drop off at 9pm. Dark and dangerous looking building with no signs and no other trucks on property! Police cars buzzing by. Very scared but completed the drop off with my phone and got out. I will never ever rent from uhaul again as they put my life in danger just for their convenience. And to top off , charged me extra because I went over my allocated miles because I had to drop off at a location so far away!

Karla T.The process to check in via mobile was too long of a process. There has to be a better way to do it. The location of the UHAUL was at a grocery in the back parking lot and it felt unsafe. I was didn't get everything done because I was being charged per mile, which added up quick. I was not happy with the over all process. To be honest it really sucked and I would not recommend this location to a friend because I will never use it again.
