I have used U HAUL n a number of city but this was one of my worst experience first customer service representative was very helpful, knowledgeable and respectful(Keirre) but (Kirra) very sarcastic, impatient and no customer service skills at all. Please don't mix these to young ladies up. The one is good doesn't have bracelet on her teeth .Leon C.

I booked a uhaul for 12PM in Bartlett. When I showed up, they didn't have one. I showed them the confirmation email with the correct address and time, and they said they didn't have me in the system. I was on hold with uhaul for an hour and a half. They told me they could get me a uhaul for the following day, and I said I need one today. They called me back around 3PM and said they had a uhaul ready today. I went to pick it up but they didn't have the size they said that they did or the size below it so I had to get a 10' uhaul which didn't fit all of my belongings. I had a horrible experience with your company.Brianna R.
I'm not sure what else could have been done to make this transaction any more seamless. The truck was ready at my appointment time and the drop was a breeze and the young lady helping me had outstanding customer service. I would recommend this location to anyone.Darrell E.
When I rented the truck the lady at the counter couldn't take her AirPods out to hear what customers had to say. The answer service reserved the wrong size truck. The manager at this location made excuses for the mistake. The lady that I returned the truck to was very nice as well as helpful. This is her daughter not her. I've rented from this location several times this time with this staff was nothing like the past.PURL L.

My only disappointment was I had a 13 hour drive each way to Tampa, FL and the AC in the truck didn't work. Blew hot air out of the vents and the temps in Florida and Georgia that weekend were in the 90's. The check engine light came on randomly during the trip, and a wrench light (Service?) came on as well. the truck was older and had 182,000+ miles on it. For what I paid for this move on the vehicle I would have liked a better working AC and not having to worry something was wrong with the truck with those lights coming on randomly. The truck was very clean when I got it; the AC was a major disappointment.SHANNON O.

The on line information indicated U-Haul offer discounts for military/veterans and AARP/seniors generally, however this and other facilities did not offer or supply these or other discounts. Given the residual expenses applied, such as after hours services convenient fees, as a carded veteran and AARP senior citizen, across the company spectrum and business volume generated from these groups would be a generous gesture which could boost business volume more.CARL J.

Nice folks, took care of us immediately. The only recommendation I would make would be that they be a little more helpful in helping the customer understand what happens next. (ie, you'll receive a receipt of your drop-off via email, completed contract, etc)JAMES M.
