I didn't appreciate the fact that the truck I reserved was not ready and it was not told to me. It made the moving process take a bit longer because we had to go with another smaller van. All in all it worked out, but I wish I would have been notified prior to getting to the store. I do however recommend Carolyn for EXCELLENT customer service!!

Brad Y.The first location that I went to where i was told i had a truck reserved, claims the truck broke seconds before I got there. The second location smelled like cigarettes and the lady struggled to get through the process of renting me out the truck. The truck had dirt in the floor and smelled like weed.
