Ordered 24 blankets, they did not have them. I had to go to a 2nd location to get them. I traveled 8 hours to pick up items I would have appreciated a text letting me to know and I could have stopped along the way to get them. I was running late for my pickup because of this. I would have expected better service. The lady apologized and gave me phone numbers for other locations to call. So I picked up the trailor and had to hunt down the blankets.

Jane FMy first reservation was fall the Mini Mall Storage in Mooresville, IN. That was horrible. No one was there. We were in a time crunch and it was very inconvenient. That location should have their Uhaul business revoked.after 3 different calls, we finally ended up with a great gal who helped us with the after hours pick up at Jake’s.
