Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe return experience at this location was extremely disappointing. The area was congested, disorganized, and messy, with virtually nowhere available to park or safely return the equipment. To make matters worse, there was no employee on-site to provide any assistance or direction. The only information provided was a note instructing customers to use the app to complete the return. After arriving with equipment to return, I expected there to be some level of organization and customer service available. This was a frustrating and unacceptable way to end our rental experience, especially considering how helpful the owner at our original location had been. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not use this return location again.
