I was hooking up a trailer and the site manager was too busy to assist with backing up to the hitch. Since this is all really new equipment, the user should be made aware of the fact that they may need to bring assistance to attach the trailer -or- the site manager should assist with the attachment. Both the truck and the trailer are always going to be new to the renter, so to avoid lengthy delays exiting the lot or damage to the equipment, it would be wise to recommend assistance. Also, the site manager was multi-tasking, addressing uhaul and regular convenience store patrons at the counter, he was bouncing back-and-forth between people mid-conversation. He did not seem to have full attention on any one task...but partial attention on many. I was never fully sure that everything that should be covered was covered as I left.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisMobile app didn't work. The cost quoted on line different than actual costs. This borders on false advertising. If I had more time, I'd argue the costs charged. Sadly, lack of time & energy enables companies to over charge consumer. In the end, was able to move things from my home to storage. I am satisfied - not delighted
Darby SThey didn't offer electric hookup products in case the trailer didn't match the vehicle. An extension connection was necessary and not available at that location.
Keith LCheck in and check out process was terrible. Slow and confusing and when I returned their system was down so I had to either check myself back in or pay a $25 fine per “company policy.” I wound not rent from here again.
Chris TTruck was not ready at the pickup time. Appliance dolly was not available. This should be refunded!
