The people were incredible to deal with in Nova Scotia, especially Michelle and Niki. However, the system to get a truck there is painful. Having to drive 100 miles to pick up a truck that was Not there is brutal. Luckily these Ladies rectified the situation! The people at pick up and drop off were tremendous as well!

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisGreat experience , drop off with no issues
Andrew WThe Abercrombie Auto location is not suitable for trucks and trailers. It is extremely small and muddy with customers car in and around where the U-Haul trailers are stored. The owner of the location is not very friendly and I had to wait 15 minutes before he finally decided to come take my info so I could take the trailer. I definitely will not be renting or recommending this location ever again. On U-Hauls side of it there was very poor communication between each other had to call twice and they still didn’t update properly.
Brandon Vthe building was locked and no one there
cheryl cBusiness was closed but offered after hours drop off. Location is a little challenging to get a truck in as it is directly off the road so you will have to use the road to maneuver.
