Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe Abercrombie Auto location is not suitable for trucks and trailers. It is extremely small and muddy with customers car in and around where the U-Haul trailers are stored. The owner of the location is not very friendly and I had to wait 15 minutes before he finally decided to come take my info so I could take the trailer. I definitely will not be renting or recommending this location ever again. On U-Hauls side of it there was very poor communication between each other had to call twice and they still didn’t update properly.

cheryl cBusiness was closed but offered after hours drop off. Location is a little challenging to get a truck in as it is directly off the road so you will have to use the road to maneuver.
Jack CVehicle should be full with fuel and customer must return it full. Ours said it had 1/4 tank on the sheet, but actually had less, so had to get to a station before we could even begin. Drivers side mirror was broken and showed location rep before we left, and the glass ended up falling out during our rental. Mirrors were not adjustable at all, not even manually. Overall paying almost $600 fee and $ 200 for fuel I was disappointed with this rental. Looks like it will Ryder next time
