When I arrived they couldn't accept my truck because they were full, so the attendant tried to send me to a different location (I reserved the truck 2 weeks in advance and I got it 2 days before returning it and in both printed papers were the same dropping localation). I complained and finally I ask if they will going to be responsible for the equipment when I drive to the new location. The attendant finally accepted my vehicle, but she wasn't happy nor me.

The guy at the Uhaul didn't know anything about the trailer we rented and the hitch we could use. I got no instructions of what to do when dropping it off and I won't be going to this location again.
MATTHEW LI got charged seven dollars for furniture, dolly and seven dollars for the truck Dolly and five dollars for some moving blankets. The furniture dolly in the blankets were not in the truck and I did not use the truck dolly. I was charged $19 for stuff I didn’t use. The whole purpose of the truck was the move and I needed the blankets and the furniture dolly so very frustrating. It wasn’t there.

GERARD AThere was a dent in the side of the truck that was not marked when we picked up the truck, but the attendant at the location came out and marked it really quickly.
