The office was closed so I dropped off the keys in the drop box. Didn't have any issues other than knowing where to park the uhual truck. Space was limited for a 20 foot truck.

MAWUENYA S.The Uhaul website is terrible. It filled information incorrectly after I had entered it correctly. The New Hope location employee said they could not find the unit I returned on the date scheduled. I was charged an after hours fee but was not made aware of this fact ahead of time. I waited 20 minutes to pick up my rental while the office door was locked with a sign saying the employee was "in the back." When he finally did arrive in the office he smelled like an ashtray. This experience was an absolute disaster. I will NEVER use Uhaul again.
