Location is pretty cramped; my original vehicle was parked in by other vehicles when I arrived. I was reassigned without a problem but the instructions could be much clearer, and I would have had a big problem renting after hours.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisHorrible experience. This was my first time renting a U-Haul and they gave me no time to read through the contract, or instructions. I was given no information or instructions. They parked the U-Haul on the street in a bus lane and so when I got in I had to drive off right away because it was illegally parked and obstructing the bus stop. The gas was completely empty and the check engine light was on. The truck ended up breaking down and I had to get it towed. Then when I returned the truck the man working at the gas station that the U-Haul rental was i. Would not listen to what I was telling him about the experience because he did not work for U-Haul and the U-Haul part was closed. Terrible experience 0/10 would not recommend.

Debra WThe Uhaul office shares space with the garage. Extremely noisy. Mechanics walk in and out freely which causes a disturbance to the agent checking you out. The agent was over 45 minutes late opening up which made all the clients waiting late. Extremely slow check out even though I pre screened online. Agent was working alone so he had to step out of the office multiple times per client to ready the truck for clients. Overall the checkout process was atrocious.
Angel RThe person that I picked up the van from was horrendous what an asshole that guy was. I was there at 8:30 to pick up my 9 AM. The guy didn’t show up until 9:20 AM. And there was other people behind me need to pick up there at 9 AM. I prepaid my van online with a credit card. And had my email proof of the receipt that I paid. And I complained to him. What the hell what are you doing showing up at 9:20 PM and he told me we don’t open till nine. I said no I pick up the van at 9 AM. You should be here before 9 AM. And it continue to carry on and told me to shut up and to get out if I don’t like it. But I already took off from work, and had the whole day planned on moving stuff. This guy does not belong as an employee for U-Haul. This is a terrible person. What a jerk off. Even other people that were there saying what the hell is wrong with this guy showing up at 9:20 a.m. and then treating people like this. Everybody was saying that he was in the wrong. And then I had to redo everything with him. I’m hoping not to get charged twice for one rental. Please fire this guy I have pictures of him if you need to know who it was. This guy does not belong as an employee for your company.
