By the time we returned it later in the evening, the dropoff place was closed. It was in the middle of big rainstorm. There was flooding everywhere in the parking lot. The stupid app had me taking all kinds of pictures while standing in a giant puddle 4 inches deep on all sides!

The online process to rent and return the UHaul was difficult and time-consuming. I would not recommend it to others.
