I was really pleased with the truck and the associate at American self storage. I really liked that I could drive the truck with great ease, because I have short legs.

LENNARD FThe battery in the truck died five of six times during our move. And we had to jump it off every single time. The location we picked it up from was shut down in the middle of operations hours so I had to figure it out on the app and it was a pain in my ass
Ivanna MBy the time we returned it later in the evening, the dropoff place was closed. It was in the middle of big rainstorm. There was flooding everywhere in the parking lot. The stupid app had me taking all kinds of pictures while standing in a giant puddle 4 inches deep on all sides!
Roger SThe online process to rent and return the UHaul was difficult and time-consuming. I would not recommend it to others.
