Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisEverything was perfectly on time Pick up and return
Ivona VI didn't experience anything needing to be improved upon. The location was convenient, the equipment was clean, and both the lady and gentlemen who we spoke with regarding the rental were very nice and helpful.
Richard EUsing the pre-checkin was great!!
Victoria BThe location was fine. The truck was fine. The reservation system and online check-in are utter trash. Don't call it a "reservation", confirm it, and then call the night before and say that there's no truck available and tell me to go to another city to get it. That was fixed, but it was an insane suggestion. And if you're going to ask for contacts to verify identity, SAY THAT before the customer is at the truck trying to pick it up and left struggling finding someone who will answer an unknown number right away, while they sit waiting in a hot parking lot.
