For the U-Haul availability I’d suggest when done renting the U-Haul, should be returned to the nearest (close to home) where it isn’t available than the location where it’s available so doesn’t have to be in the exact same location where rented.
EDUARDO QAlthough the staff at the counter were polite, I am extremely disappointed that my reserved equipment was not available. This caused significant delays and stress for my move. I was not made aware of U-Haul's Reservation Guarantee policy at the time, which promises $50 if a reservation cannot be honored. I expect this policy to be applied to my rental, as my business was relied upon under false pretenses.
