The address in the email led me 30 minutes away from the drop off and they charged me a late fee due to that. it also reeked of cigarettes and there was a cigarette on the dashboard. there was also a slice of onion with mayonnaise on the floor

Very easy to pick up and return.
Raymond KI made a reservation for a van, but when I showed up to pick it up, there was no van available. Now I’m stuck, I had to take what was available.
JOSEPH CI had a "guaranteed rental" starting at 8AM, but when I got there at 8AM to pick up the truck, they did not have it. The only person working was hard to communicate with because he didn't speak a lot of English, so at one point he had to had the phone to me to speak to the customer myself to find out when the truck was being returned. It was a horrible ordeal and they offered no other explanation or apology. I should have received a call as soon as they realized they didn't have the truck in stock. This was not the location I originally made my reservation with, but UHaul customer service had initially changed it to this location because of "better availability." I would never rent from this location again.
