The trailer light blew a fuse . Contacting the u-haul help was IMPOSSIBLE....really frustrating. Wasted an hour of travel, which resulted in driving west on I-80 into a blinding blizzard from Henderson, NE to Kearney,NE. Possibly someone could put a help line telephone number rather than a website contact, which, in the middle of space simply didn’t work on our mobile phones. We actually called a family member back in Texas—original point of departure—he contacted U-haul, and they could not understand why he didn’t want them to come to his address! Grief...we were hundreds of miles north when we were told we had no lights on the trailer.

Was not told my rental for the day ended at 2PM. If equipment not returned by 2 I would incur additional charges. A day rental is only 6 and a half hours? Did not receive email receipt until I called them the next day.

I believe it took three trailers to locate one without maintenance issues. I would have liked a 4x8 but every time I reserved on web site it reverted to 6 hours instead of 3 days

The gas meter is broken, when filling up gas it wouldn't say if it was full or not. (The pickup truck I borrowed.) Also the employees here are very bad and very bad service. One of the Mexican employees lied that the manager wasn't here when I asked for manager, was also very racist towards me.

The first young man who booked my reservation was extremely helpful and polite. The man who hitched the trailer was pleasant but put the receiver in the drop position. The mover I hired to help me load said that the trailer was now sitting too low and said that he could change it. He charges $31 per hour and that rehitching took him almost 20 minutes, which is just billed as another hour. I thought your guys would surely know this so that I don't wind up coming out of pocket to fix their mistake. I am really disappointed and need you to remedy this.

Online truck reservation isn't great. I was picking up two 26' trucks at the beginning of the week and a 15', a 20', and a 26' truck at the end of the week. At the end of the week, I changed my order because at the beginning of the week, I reserved two 26' trucks at this location to be told (when I came in to double-check things earlier in the week) that there weren't two at that location. I could either pick one up here and another one up at another location, or change my order to a 26' truck and a 20' truck. So I changed my order to keep me from having to go to two locations. I suppose the gentleman helping me didn't necessarily cancel the 26' at another location though, and I got a text the day before the reservation that my truck was ready for pickup at another location. A little irked (I had no other communication and I figured that "oh well, I guess he didn't change my reservation"), I headed to this other location and had a colleague pick up the other one at the original location. Lo and behold, he found that there was a 26' and a 20' ready to be picked up! I just wish that I was told that the 20' was ready and I didn't have to go get another truck at another location. All in all, it added 20 miles round trip and took away loading time. At the end of the week was a little worse. The online system automatically saw the same name on three different reservations (we use a company card) and canceled the third reservation (15' truck) without letting us know. When we got there, we had to go through the entire process of picking up the 15' truck that we had already done online. But that's not all! While I was there with one other colleague (this time we were picking up three trucks instead of two), I made sure the third truck was all ready to be picked up by my third colleague, who was coming a little bit later. He didn't have any of the payment info, so I made sure this location had it and the ID information of my colleague coming to pick up the truck. Lo and behold, when he got there, the third truck (26') was in the repair shop! It could not be driven. He had to go to another location (wasting time, money, and mileage once again). Why, I ask, was I not told that the truck was in the shop when I was there an hour before, doing all I could to make sure the last truck (26') was ready to be easily picked up? In conclusion, I am not happy with U-Haul's online reservation system. Either it needs to communicate with boots-on-the-ground employees better, or be re-Hauled completely.

My vehicle was at the other Uhaul in Richardson getting a hitch and light kit installed. It was supposed to be at 2:45pm. They didn't start until after 4pm. They didn't finish until 7pm A female worker at.Uhaul of West Plano called me twice wanting to know if we were still coming to pick up our trailer. We had explained the delay the first call. When we go there to pick up the trailer we had to wait and wait. Why call twice if you don't act urgent when we were finally able to get there??

The staff needs to ensure they are assigning customers to the correct vehicle. Initially my paperwork denoted a different vehicle than the one the staff actually directed me to take off the lot. This error created a very delayed check in process when I dropped the vehicle in a different state. I would encourage you to look at my paperwork where this assignment error is reflected.
