Dropped trailer off in rain. Nobody was there. I called the number on the locked door to advise. They returned call and advised that I would be charged for missing dolly and blankets, which were accidentally left in Kansas City. They told me to return them to a Kansas City location when I returned and I would be refunded. When I returned them on my return, I was told that I would be charged for rental fees for the six days that I had them after I was charged for them. I was NEVER informed that there would be a rental charge, or I would have arranged for someone to go to my home in Kansas City and return them that day! Extremely poor customer service in Kansas City.

Truck was old, bouncy, mirrors wouldn't stay up. I had to pick up here because a truck was not available in my town as promised. UHaul customer service told me to pick up here and I could return in my home town - no extra charges. Person at Port Lavaca told me not true and charged me for an out of town rental (over $100 more). I told here I would contact UHaul for help - she said don't bother as they won't help at all. So I'm still out my money.

Check for valve stem covers in tires, check air pressure in tires, update speed rating for trailer if applicable. Other than that, electrical harness was in great condition, chains were in great condition, all lights functioned properly, and there were no apparent defects apart from normal signs of wear and tear.

The person at this location was rude. Wanted me to move the trailer. I said no, she threatened me with a $25 extra drop off fee. The location was not the same as on my rental agreement. I had to call Uhaul HQ 5 times to finally get the correct location. The lady at this location also told me that she was on lunch so she didn't want to do anything and that I would have to wait. I dropped off the trailer and told her that's her problem.

Safety!! I got a deep cut on my lower leg on some metal while the door was open. I should have gotten stitches but limited time, this area is a big concern for safety

I had reserved a 6/12 trailer 2 weeks in advance. The lady called me 3 times the day before and the day off so I expected a smooth operation. Nope...trailer she tried to rent me had bald tires and a flat. Luckly she had another one on site or it could have got ugly. You would think she would have inspected the equipment prior.

U-Haul makes challenging moves easy and correct. I would even go so far as to say trying to move yourself without U-Haul is irresponsible. The equipment is top quality, easy to use, and extremely safe. The staff is very helpful and friendly and make me want to come back again and again, which I will.

Manager was very heipful. Truck had suspension issue feeling like on verge of feeling out of control. Felt like wanted to wander rather than hold a straight line at times. Knocking noise driver side on rough road.

I read some previous reviews which were not good. We did not have a problem locating U-haul & then needed to upgrade equipment when we arrived. All was done it a quick & orderly manner.

Lady had difficulty completing paper work saying there were issues with the computer. It took a little longer than expected. That being said she was pleasent, got my doily and blankets right away and hooked up the trailer. Overall was a good experience at this location.
