It's not pleasant to deal with Darlene. She does not do her job efficiently. She gets rattled about taking reservations. She also lectured me about the new government saving the country and having to get back to God. It's inappropriate and unprofessional.
Brigid BI have no suggestions for improvement because this location in Port Lavaca East offers the best rental service I have ever experienced. Comparing it to all the other rental services I’ve used—not just U-Haul—this one stands out as exceptional. The staff, particularly the wonderful lady who assisted me, provided outstanding service. If every U-Haul location had employees like her, the company would undoubtedly attract even more customers. Thank you for such an excellent experience!
