I would not change anything. The app was the key for me explaining how to drop off the truck and what to do.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisHuge thank you as this was not the original drop off spot. Uhaul made a mandatory drop off at a self-service location that was no longer there (a vacant lot next to a bar). American Hotel and Campground went over and above to allow me to check in the equipment and catch a plane. Again thank you.

Christopher SAmerica Hotel & Campground was not a bad drop-off location. It was just a bit confusing figuring out where to park the U-Haul, since no trucks were on site when we arrived. We asked for copies of the photos from our check-in, and staff were able to see our photos from checkin on the phone but could not provide copies. All in all, not a bad experience.
Payton CNo information. Drove to the empty lot as directed. No signage of where to put keys. Called Uhaul and she had no clue. The key drop was at a nearby location. Then I got a call the next day while at work telling me to return the truck. I had already called and returned the day before. Moving sucks and Uhaul makes it absolutely miserable.
