It was an After hours drop off nobody around
MICHAEL EThe location is fine but I rated it poor because they hooked the car hauler to the wrong size ball. Luckily I noticed and corrected the issue myself otherwise I would have drove off down the highway and the car hauler would have come disconnected resulting in a potential deadly accident
Todd AWe were told that we could not hook up the trailer because it's a liability. Which would have been great if there hookup didn't come undone and cause damage to our vehicle. As well as the service to get to us and take care of the flat on the trailer didn't take over 8 hours all while being told a time and then not being there by that time. This went on from 11pm to 9 am making it impossible for us to get any rest before our daughters graduation the next day. Uhaul customer service is horrible and I will never trust them to hook up another trailer again.
Starlet LVery quick in and out. The lady that helped me even had the guys come out and hook up the enclosed trailer for me. Definitely the place to go.
