Gentlemen at the counter could have been more informative about to make sure you use the app before you leave the lot and where to park when we brought the truck back.

Kevin WGood service all around. Excellent selection of rental equipment...hours are good but not perfect. Mind you, I understand that folks 'want a life too.
Peter JClean up the yard (there was debris everywhere and needles!) and help your customers with the pick up of the trailer. Employee expected us to move the trailers around to access one in the back. Why not just assign us the one in front of it instead of making us move it? The shrine of the employee with his photos everywhere was odd as well, not suitable for a business in my opinion. Last experience at this uhaul place was poor too.
Larissa PA truck is a truck. As long as it runs properly, is clean, and does the job, that's all I expect. However, the in-person customer service left a lot to be desired. My impression was that the gentleman behind the counter simply didn't want to be there or deal with customers. Of course, that's my perception, not necessarily the reality, but it's how the interaction made me feel. The truck did its job, but the customer service experience could certainly have been better.
