radio didnt work, air system didnt work, inside was dirty, disorganized. original was a pull trailer but wasnt big enough for what needed. had to go back and get a truck which i will never do again. Terrible experience.gates B.
License plate on trailer was barely hanging on by 1 nut and bolt. The â€œintelligentâ€ employee explained that it was ok if the plate fell off while driving??? To our concern. Also had to explain to the â€œintelligentâ€ employee that the chains must be crossed when attaching to the tow vehicle!!! RidiculousTheresa C.
I absolutely disapprove the fact that I waited waited the customer service agent to go look the truck over and tell me if there were extra changes. Then to get told it's fine you paid for it already because it's a one way. I left and 2 hours later get an email stating my credit card was charge without permission.SAMANTHA B.
We had a good experience. However I reserved the truck online and saw gas was 0.89/km. I checked the contract that I signed that morning for pick up and couldn't really pull out of it since we needed the truck. But it was 1.43 for the first 40miles and 0.89 after that. That increased our bill somewhat, so its something to look out for when picking it up. Otherwise truck worked well and did the job. Blankets and trolley were good tooBianca G.

Truck was filthy. Probably hadn't been cleaned inside of it for months. Spilled coffee, dirt and it smelled like stale body odour. The vehicle also had no wiper fluid. Office was filthy as well. Branch was late in opening so check in process took longer than it should have.Eric W.

The location manager on site/in person handled an error with the billing very well and resolved the concern. Prior to this, Customer service (central) in the United States (reached by phone call) did not handle the billing concern well. Did not attempt to understand the error or my customer concern with the billing.Jeffrey M.

I called to dispute a a charge on my Card. Attendant wasn't helpful at all, and told Me to call uhaul to dispute charge, which I did. Very sneaky in adding â€œCDW coverageâ€ never mentioned what I was signing. Have rented numerous vehicles over the course of the last month or so. Will NEVER rent from these sneaky people again. No windshield washer. No snow / ice scraper. Should have told me how many km I have for the days I rented, and that the tank isn't full, this is how you read the gas gauge and find out how much gas you need to put back in.Amanda L.
