Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisHard to find this place as the entrance was not well marked. and customer service rep was rude and not helpful with clear instructions. I was asked to park in place where there are other trailer. After I parked she said it should have been parked closer to other U haul trailer and she needs to move it manually despite me saying am not good with reverse parking the trailer. I regret going to this location
Shankar SI was told take U-Haul guessed two days for my trip from Richmond Tx to Llano Tx. I picked up at 9:00 Am on Friday loaded, drove to Llano and unloaded Friday. We returned to Mason on Saturday at 9:30 and was told that you pay for what U-Haul predicted for the trip. I will be shopping differently next time and I know what questions to ask although I was apparently told what I wanted to hear at the Richmond U-Haul dealer
Richard Mafter hours check in process was lengthy, unclear and cumbersome. truck was parked in a position that was impossible to remove it because there was not enough room. other trucks were in front and on each side.
Andrew Wyour business standard is as good as it can get. I wouldn't do anything keep up the good work thank you.
