In this location from which I rented the car, I think in Richmond there is a very friendly girl who has high experience in work and dealing with the public, although my first experience with U Haul, which is located in Missouri City, Texas, I think on Murphy Road, was a bad experience. Most of the workers there were nervous and did not provide satisfactory service.

ALBERT OThey were 45 minutes late to give me the key. They didn’t give me all equipment that I ordered. I had to go back and get it. The tires of the utility cart were flat. My movers waited because I was late and I had to pay them extra. They couldn’t do their job efficiently due to the flat tires. Terrible experience.
