Have a bigger or better drop off area. It was quite snug to find a spot to drop off the truck. Everything else was great.

My original reservation was not ready on time at a different location (Knollwood). They did not leave the keys for me to pickup at 9am. I lost time with my move and it was a very frustrating experience. I had to wait for another location to open up before I could pick up my truck. UHaul needs to figure out a better system, because this was not ok.

Brian CCan of truck smelled of urine. I dropped truck off on Sunday on Tuesday I received a call telling me I needed to move the truck to another location. When I couldn’t I was charged for gas to bring it to the new location.
