Absolute disaster. Trailer was not installed right and got the truck hung up so wheels did not touch ground. Mentioned jack looked too low to ground and was told that he â€œdidn't design itâ€. Upgraded truck and was charged wrong amount. Will never rent from uhaul again.ANN H.

Not related, but easier access to live customer support. I had issues with my fuel levels on pick up that I am still working through.Brock B.
Price quoted was doubled, sure this was hidden some place in the contract. So be prepared to pay double what they quote you. No point in ordering a dolly because you won't get one, and more then likely you will be charged for it. Don't worry bout showing up on time, the contactless pick up doesn't work. You will have the chance to sit around and wait for an employee to complete your reservation. At this point the price you were quoted as previously stated will go up 100%. Use Enterprise, I will never use UHAUL again! As many others won't according to the other reviews.Terry P.
Jayden was extremely rude, unprofessional, and seemed to really enjoy himself while he did it. He probably takes advantage of the fact that's he's not being watched all the time in a rental office by himself, and is able fulfill his desire to use particular customers as his personal punching bag. I have never been treated so poorly in any service I have ever paid for. Ridiculous.Janice H.

we had a 9:00 am rental reservation - we showed u; after 9:00 and the office was closed! We called Uhaul and were in a queue to talk to someone for over 9 minutes (9 minutes on hold is a long time - my company considers anything over 3 minutes on hold a failure) - anyway - I Googled and got a direct phone # for the location and then someone was there so we turned around and could get the van we rented. Once there -it went smoothly.Roberta R.

Libby manages the store and was great. My 15 ft uhaul truck was not available until 2:30 pm even though I scheduled pickup for 9:30 am weeks in advance. Libby tried to get me a replacement truck but nothing was available. When we move we obviously have family and friends to help. Having a vehicle 5 hours late is unacceptable for any business. Imagine going to the dentist and waiting 5 hours for him to show up for your appointment. Obviously this happens all the with uhaul rental. Pay more and rent from somewhere elseClarence M.

SLP Rep was in a hurry to leave for the day when i returned the truck. He told me to put key in box and he'd process it in the am. Shocked when I got a cc charge for gas the next day. I returned truck with +3/8 of a tank! When I picked up the rental in WI, I was told I would not have to pay for any fuel if I returned it with at LEAST a quarter of a tank. The contract also says you would be charged IF you return with less than a quarter tank. I believe I was scammed by the rep in SLP when being charged $72.25. I would have protested it personally that night if he would have tried to charge me. This, I believe, is also a deceptive way to put a charge on my cc. by delaying checkout to next day when I wasn't there. I want to speak with a company rep regarding this before I seek other remedies for this unwarranted charge. If this is not remedied, I will be publically responding to what I feel is a scam and someone not following the contract. I will also never work with the SLP location and let friends know about my experiences. The operator in WI was quite clear regarding the 1/4 tank requirement. I would have handled the return differently if he had not assured me of making sure I had the 1/4 tank full. 3/8 is more than 1/4 in any state!Bob D.
I reserved a moving dolly but when I got there, there were no dollys available. I was sent to a different location nearby and was told I would get one there but when i went to the second location, I was told I shouldn't have been sent there. It wasted about 45 minutes from my reservation start time and in the end, I had no dolly to use.Rinku M.
Dolly rented but unavailable, app check in When I called the location to make sure I was not for a dolly when I returned the truck without one, I was told I did not pick up the truck at that location. When I insisted I was met with anger and told I had to call the other location where I had obviously picked up the truck. This at least got me to dispatch and she noted the account. This was a location I was moved to because my location over booked. No dolly, no apology was a 2 day long distance move that we managed without a dolly. Rudest customer service representative I have ever death with. AVOID!Karla A.
It was overall a easy rental except I wasnt able to check the truck back in. So I called 1800UHaul for help and the woman who helped me was no help at all she was rude and then hung up. Her name was Mandy. I finally figured it out myself by calling all the numbers I could find. Still was not at all what I thought it was going to be. Also it was quite expensive for only 2 hour rental, $96!!!! Plus $15 in gas. U haul should offer a discount if only used a rental truck for under 3 hours.stacy S.

The employee in charge of this location was beyond disappointing. When I arrived couldn't get the self check out to work. I went to go inside there was a door that said will be returning in 10 Minutes. After waiting 30-40 minutes I finally get into the store. Libby (the employee) head in hand finally acknowledges me in the lest friendly way. After another 45 minutes, 3 attempts to run my card, and asking my info a half a dozen times. I get the U-Haul self check in to accept my out of state driver license. I show her while she's on the phone trying to figure out how to process my rental. She's confused and the gentleman on the phone tells her she can give me my keys. This is how 11:25 for a 9:30 rental. I was unable to get what I needed to before going to work. Making my first day worth of rental pointless. I then got a rude phone call as to why I just left the rental. I neglected to call her back to explain. Did I mention this lady didn't wear a mask the entire hour I was in the office trying to get the rental. I am disappointed after several rude, disrespectful and frustrating rentals. The person working at the location was 15 minutes late to open the store. They were not wearing a mask when they came in and were quite rude to all the customers waiting. They were drinking a coffee and wiping their mouth and touching their face then touching the computer and paperwork without sanitizing. Honestly, Covid precautions aside, it was kinda gross to watch someone do that. They had no idea what was going on with our reservation, which I had made a week in advance. The process of getting us a moving truck took a long time and I was charged double than the price I had originally been quoted online. The charge was later reversed, so that was good but overall this is the worst customer service I have ever received. I will not return to this U-Haul location again and will tell others not to go there. It is not worth the hassle.Samuel B.
I returned the vehicle after hours so the only way I could do the return was on-line. In trying to do so I had show I was at the location with location services which did not work and I tried several times. I even tried throughout my ride home and it never worked. So with that not working I was charged a 20$ late fee which is frankly ridiculous.Daniel K.
