Online reservation was easy to use and modify, if needed. Staff at the check-in and return times couldn’t have been better.
DEAN AAttendant was distracted with personal calls and unaware that the vehicle was dropped off 12 hours previously.
John FThe woman at the counter was very nice however the truck had many damage spots that were not marked, the inside of the truck was full of dirt and the rear Bimper was packed with snow, dirt and cigarette buys that I did not see as the temp Was freezing and lighting was not great until the morning when we loaded.
GINA TVan had 9 blankets and a hand cart left in the back which meant we needed to waste out time unloading them and an extra trip back to the house to pick them back up to return. When we returned the truck the office was closed at 1pm yet sign wait it was open till 4. We had to pay extra mileage to pick up packing blankets and no acknowledgment or accountability. We n ed to find someone else to rent from
