This was my first time ever renting a U-Haul. Everything was super easy and the trailer pulled great behind my Subaru. I was able to get all my stuff moved perfectly. I didn't see anywhere that this facility would need to make improvements

This is by far the best location that I have used. The lady knows what she is doing both in making the reservation and pickup. She verified the hookup and lights which most others don’t do. The yard is paved with a gravel parking area. The only thing is the trailer tires were 10psi low. My portable Dewalt compressor took care of this
John LThey want you to return the truck at 8:30 am and put the keys in a drop box and they don't open until 9am. It would be nice to return while open to see if any charges are owed instead of having to wait and watch your account.
Gilbert RStaff were very accommodating and helpful. Would definitely rent from this location again.
Linda ENot sure why additional contacts, passport, etc are needed for trailer rental when have drivers license information. This is a very negative change in policy.
