The app was a little bit glitchy but mostly smooth

George NUhaul wasn’t in system i had to waste almost 40 minutes on phone. Not safe , multiple times had a homeless person approach me while trying to complete check in or check out
Shakia HThe truck I had reserved before wasn’t there. I couldn’t get the app to work for check in. I had to go sit on the phone with Uhaul for 15 mins. Found out someone didn’t do their job and check the trucks in, so they could be checked out. I was sitting in the parking lot looking looking at 2 trucks that matched my reservation. Uhaul found me a truck in another location so I had to leave and go check in and pick new truck up at a different location. A hour later than reservation. Which I thought meant had to be returned new truck to that pick up location but it wasn’t the case when I arrived and tried checking in truck. So after fighting the traffic with road construction, I had to drive back through it again. To return to the orginal location. Not the best experience this go around. I rent often.
ANGELIA DFelt like a 3rd world country. Random dude running a U-Haul rental out of his pickup truck at an old car wash. No office, no store, just a dude and a cell phone.
