I used mobile check-in which was a little time consuming but fairly easy. I did not meet with any personnel but had to check one of the boxes. Should have a n/a option for this question.
Tom CAfter hours pick up took too long. I already uploaded the information but had to do it again at the truck . This wasted my time.
Dave TThere was not the truck that I had reserved at the location. The reason I used the location was because of the availability. It wasn't their fault, but UHaul as a whole. They said they gave me a larger truck for the same price as the smaller, but on the bill, it cost me $49 a day compared to $19. Also, I had no desire to drive a larger truck that wasn't needed for what I had to ship. It was disappointing, but the location and their people were pleasant.
Dennis Dlocation was closed. was in contact with no one. my biggest complaint wasn't against either location but UHAUL itself. My reservation pick up location that was within a few miles of our move location got moved last minute to an hour away from our move site. causing me to have to pivot and do a pick up in my hometown vs move site. Adding to the number of miles we had to drive. and $$ being charged than expected
