Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisNothing but trouble doing the app due to them being closed on Sunday.Kept saying we were at the wrong location then when we called they kept saying my son would have to go way behind the business which was closed saying thats where the pick gps location was at.he had to keep running back and forth from way behind the uhaul business to the front of the business to the uhaul.apparently their cameras seen him behind the business and the law was called.It took a hour just to pick the uhaul up that was reserved.making us late for starting our loading and trip.We returned it eleven hours early from due back time with no discount for early return and had the same problem with the app the told us to use and had to call them and my son was told once again to walk all over the business location saying the app gps wasn't working so my son was walking around a closed business in the dark going back and forth from behind the business to the front where the uhaul was for the person on the phone.it took a long time just to pick up and drop off.Then once home kept getting notifications that the truck was due to be returned which we had already returned.Renting was a huge headache and will not be renting from them again.
