I was pretty flexible on the equipment I needed. The location i originally ordered from had the same equipment I needed. I understand that the equipment is sublet to local businesses. I think the communication between the company and local rental representatives should be better. My overall service was excellent but could have been much simpler. Even putting information in online didn't save time. Still had to produce all information at pickup. Could be more stream line. Still a loyal customer hopefully this is positive feedback.

There's a key code entry to get into storage area to get rental. Thank goodness someone was getting his hotrod out of stoarage n let us in. No one answered phone at storage #. Then we had to use our money/fuel to drive two different places to get dolly n blankets. They only had 12 of 48 blankets. You only refunded me for $28 not $36 then you charged me for fuel $7.60. I only use Uhaul and this was not a good experience but frustrating and time consuming.
Jennifer HStaff was very helpful, no issues with equipment. Could use a sign on gate to pull up and we will let you in.
