When I dropped off the trailer on October. 2, (as per the original contract) about Noon. I had called the U-Haul-Mini Storage and asked what would be a good time to return the auto hauler. We agreed that in 15 minutes would work. When I arrived the attendant was busy with customers and assisted me in dropping off the auto hauler. Once disconnected I asked the attendant if I needed to take photos and take care of the return online. The attendant said no and that he just needed to scan a code on the auto hauler and it would automatically do that for me. I received a call on Oct. 3, from Ft. Collins U-Haul asking me when I was going to return the trailer. I told them that I had returned the auto hauler to Spring Hill, KS yesterday. I received another call regarding returning the auto hauler and was told that they needed call the regional supervisor and explain the situation. I was then told that the regional supervisor would call me on Monday. The regional supervisor did not call me.

stephen tThe gate was not easy to get in and out of. Having the gate code at the end of the pickup process would've been helpful instead we had to try to go back to the page that had that info at the beginning of the pickup process. It took extra time trying to get out after all the pictures of the truck.
