The truck was in snow and very difficult to drive out. As I rented early in the morning, I had to use the self pickup with the app. Loading photos was very difficult, and after repeated tries, had to contact live support. No smooth nor seamless when using the app!

Asked why I brought it to this location. We are full. Had to disconnect and put in the spot myself. Not impressed
ELIZABETH MVan had horrible tires and I couldn't get out of the parking spot without a push. I also had to wait on hold in the store for 20 minutes to speak with a uhaul representative, only to find out that the issue with my account had already been resolved/paid, but never updated on the uhaul side. I also got a 1000 missing/damage charge on my account, when I called in before the end of the reservation to extend it the uhaul representative said that their system was down. I have been somewhat happy with uhaul for my business, but the way that billing and extending reservations is done is so much of a pain that I'm looking for other providers.
