It's not about the location , it's about U HAUL booking experience. Your website let me book 20' truck but then I received a call it's not available, then I booked 10' truck and a furniture dolly but when I went to get the truck and dolly, they had no dolly in stock . That location just have 2 furniture dolly's but were taken. Your website should not allow customers to book stuff if you can't commit to it. Also it was my error that I dropped keys to the box and tried to do a check-in later thru app. Since I was the first time user, I had no idea app will not proceed if odometer picture was missing so I couldn't do a check-in but I did call customer service and after 20 mins on hold, I told service rep about the situation. He put notes on the ticket that I did return the vehicle and couldn't sign in , still U HAUL charged me additional charges for after hours check-in. Please fix your systems so that new customers like me don't have to go thru all the hassle.DAMAN C.

When i get the van it wasn't clean from inside and the agent did not came out with me to show the van he just handover me the paper to me and ask to find the van park at that parking spot spot.and when i returned the agent look at everything outside if the vehicle is ok . In general all customer service at uhauls are not customer friendly. Often communication is limited with reprenstatives. And at times misleading saying insurance coverage is based in the usa which is false . Moving forward i do not plan on renting from uhaul in the future. I will buy my own trÃ iler. I booked Furniture dolley along with pickup truck. When i reached there to pick up truck, they said we don't have Furniture dolley. It's first come first service. Indirect meaning was if your schedule pick up is at 3pm then come here at 6am, stand in lineup for dolley. If you are not sure then why you give options to book dolley online. Disgusting. When a customer picks up a truck, I would recommend the truck to have at least half a tank of gas instead of giving him an almost empty tank and forced him to fill it himself. This type of service might discourage the customer.MICHAEL A.
