Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisDisha was nothing but exceptional in helping me when i didn't get a call back after I had call the call centre twice in 1 day. I needed an answer to my question right away.. when I called back & demanded to be transferred right away.. Disha answered my call.. she went over & above like a great customer service should do.. I've worked in customer service for 50 yrs.. started when i was 15.. now 65.. i know wat good customer service needs & requires.. the only thing I had a problem w/ is when Dashi put a note on my acct.. staff or overhead should've been able to read that note so I wouldn't have waisted 30mins waiting for that lock to be taken off my locker when i said I would've been there the day I said I would.. the lock should've been put after 2day (Sat/20) if i wouldn't have showed up.. otherwise.. I was apologetic to the sweet lady named Peace.. she deserves an award for being so gracious w/me while I got all heated up about the lock.. No really, u guys have been great from the get go & I will put a review on Google.. I've rented from Sentinel for 5yrs a few yrs ago.. nothing compares to the service I've gotten personnaly w u guys.. Tk you!! If I ever need a storage again.. I don't care how far I would be.. I will totally return to u guys.. Pls continue the great customer service u r giving! 🙋♀️💜🙏

A female employee her name is Disha treated me in a very disrespectful way. When I asked questions because I did not understand my receipt, she began laughing at me. Wladimir C | Premières impressionsWhen leaving my storage unit, I swept and cleaned the unit, but there was no garbage can available anywhere other than at the front gate where the office is. The employee said that I would have to pay a $25 cleanup fee because I left stuff in there, what was left in there was a small little pile of stuff that could not be taken out because there is no garbage receptacle available. You cannot charge people $25.00 for leaving a dustpans worth of dirt and dust because there is no garbage can to put it into. After a debate on the issue the employee finally agreed with not charging $25.00 to put a dustpans amount of debris into the trash bin. …. if you want the place to remain clean, you must provide proper provisions to put the dirt into. Otherwise people will just throw it on the ground outside as I have seen many times with people, & when they rent the trucks they leave the sign that’s in the windshield “proper equipment” on the ground as they drive away.
