Inside windsheild dirty and affected driving visibility. Computer gltches freezing the application process happened more than once and at other times I have done rentals at this location. The freezing ended up posting two different fees to my credit card. Perhaps purchasing new computers may help expedite rental Applications. Otherwise the staff have been friendly, helpful, and courteous. Keep up the great work!

The pick up i reserved was not returned from the night before and there was not another one anywhere to be had, After about an hour and a half they did give me a 1 ton van that was suitable. The store had a long line up of customers as a result of them searching for a replacement. The staff was very accommodating and worked hard at finding out what had happened and rectified it.

I was unhappy with the customer service for the following reasons: . truck almost had no gas so first thing I had to do was fuel the thing. . I was told I had to be back by 5pm because they closed then. No mention of a drop box or another option if I was later than 5. . I was caught in traffic and tried calling 10 times to say I might be late but no answer locally but I finally got transferred to the Phoenix operation and they told me there was no drop box at my location and they close at 7 pm so not to worry if I was a few minutes after 5 pm. . Arrive right at 5 pm. Gates were closed already but a customer was inside the gate and let me in. Customer services person made me wait outside in the cold for 10 minutes before he would help me with my question -- he said he was doing his closing procedure. I told him that Phoenix said they open until 7 and don't have drop box. He argued with me that the answering machine at his location doesn't say they are open until 7, which it clearly does. I told him to phone his own number and find out. Terrible customer services .

I rented a 15' truck at 10am and returned it by 3pm and this was over 4 days ago and still have not received a receipt. Once i returned the vehicle, the rep told me he would have the receipt emailed to me. Ridiculous

(1) I reserve on-line, i was expecting that by the on-line process it would simply be pick up the key, a brief orientation and go. NO NEED TO LINE UP. (2) I reserved a dolly also on-line. I arrived there is no more dolly. I was told "it is on first come first serve basis" If I was allowed to reserve on-line, that means the equipment was available WHEN I CAME IN "ON-LINE", I qualify to be first.

Staff has lied. The rate given to me was $300 but at the end I was charged 500$. Its cheating, bluff with new customer. Very sorry to use your service. U hall is theaf.
