It would have been nice if someone had offered to assist us with disconnecting the trailer and situating it. I am 67 and my husband is 80. We were able to do it but it was somewhat difficult. I recognize U-Haul rental isn’t their primary business but nonetheless it would have been helpful.

Thomas ABetter Dollys those little ones are ruff. Everything else was great though.
JESSE RWe had reserved a 26' truck for mobile pickup. The lock was on backwards and the code did not work. Calledd uhaul and they sent a field manager out. He could not open the lock. UHaul rep referred us to a puckup 35 miles away, but would not give us credit for the additional miles or the 5 hour lost time.
