It would have been nice to get some money back since we turned it in a lot earlier than planned. It's kind of a double standard that we would get charged more if we use it over our rental time, but not get some money back if we return it early. Just a thought. Clean and sanitize the truck between each use. This truck had ashes all over the dashboard and trash in the door slots. The truck and seat belts stunk like armpits. You could tell it had not been cleaned for a long time. I will never rent from this location again.Randy B.
Price extremely high, drop off instructions not clear and got charged an extra $20 for not taking pictures of the inside of the truck. Awful experience. $105 for 2 hours of in city moving!Ryan H.
Had to go. Had to go two miles further to get the vehicle I didn't have any gas in it and I was given a credit but it was very complicated rather just go to a regular U-Haul dealershipSusan M.
The passenger side windshield wiper on truck that I was provided did not work and I had to drive in the rain while using the rental. Additionally I was not supplied with the furniture blankets I requested.Dwagne H.
Back of the truck was infested with roaches, had to waste time buying bug spray and killing roaches and probably some of them ended up getting inside my family's stuff because no matter how many we killed more kept coming out when you close the door for a while. I called costumer service to complain and was told to bring the truck to the location so he can "Take a look at it" but my husband was already at the store buying bug spray and we had no more time to waste. Truck had check engine turned on, the person at the counter couldn't care less for it. That doesn't bother me because it did not leave us stranded but the infestation of roaches on the back was not awful to deal with.Thaina C.

The truck was loaded with ants. I dropped the truck off..shop was still open but he had me drop the key in outside box saying it was after 5pm... I assumed he would check vehicle so I informed him doors were not locked. He said ok and when I got in my vehicle noticed it was 4:59. I filled the fuel right before dropping off. Thank God I took a picture of the dash bc I was billed for gas. Still waiting to get refund.Leigh T.
I reserved my truck online it did not request the safe mode for $14 nor did I sign for it at the location but is now on my bill, please remove this or I will dispute it with my American ExpressGlenn G.

There were baby ants all over the vehicle I suspect due to it being parked under some trees but the were all over the door hinges when you opened the door. We has some sodas from lunch and by the end of the trip they were all over the inside and outside the drinks and the cup holders. Could use some extermination! Otherwise it was pretty good with exception of adjusting the side mirrors. I couldn't locate anything that moved them. The passenger side was the only one the needing adjusted. The employee, Matt I presume was very nice and somewhat comical. Also the system did take a very long time attempting to download my idea. Method is way too time consuming when you are trying to get done on the road.Patsy S.

so i went to this place after being rerouted from another place and he was suppoe to be open for another 15 min and i went to the door and he came out and asked me what do i want not even may i help or anything. he then precedes to lock the door in front of me i told him im here for a reserved truck and then he goes to his car and says theres the online information they will help you it shouldnt take more than a few min. it took 2 freaking hours to get a damn truck just because this lazy guy couldnt stay open to the time he was suppose to be open for, needless to say i wont be doing uhaul ever again that was the worst experience i hope no other person has to deal with thatJames F.
We were charged a cleaning fee without our knowledge. When truck was dropped off at location the merchant said the system wasn't working. If there was an issue with the cleanliness of the vehicle we should have been informed prior to the bill.Bret H.
