Staff were very unprofessional. Location was cluttered and dirty- I am still in disbelief U Haul would allow use of this location. Definitely not pleased I was charged for gas after I left the location when I clearly left more gas in the truck than when I picked it up. Strongly recommend U Haul evaluate this location immediately.

This was was an absolute disaster! I felt like I was going to be kidnapped! The man had to get in my car and I had to drive us to a remote location and he was trying to call someone while we were driving and they were speaking in a different language and I thought they were plotting to kill me! I have lived to tell the tale, so that is the only positive.
