Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe location is right off the freeway, but the facility is not inviting, it is a tire shop. So cluttered with dirty stuff and only a path to get to the desk and had to look around for the owner. He was very nice but couldn't speak English well. As a woman alone, not recommended, a man okay.
Brenda TI explicitly told the clerk that I only wanted to pay for the rental fee and did not want any insurance coverage. I even asked him for the total cost, and he quoted me $24.95. However, he has now billed me and added an extra $8 to the $24.95. Additionally, when I returned the trailer, there was no one at the shop, and I had to wait 45 minutes for someone to arrive. I have never had this kind of experience with U-Haul before.
ABDOLREZA SAgain, just a lot next to a business. No one around. Had to use the self return. If you’re not familiar with the process it can be impossible. There’s no way my Dad could handle this. Customer service is becoming a thing of the past. Very sad….
