Complete disaster my rental experience in this location. Upon arrival found the vehicle buried in the snow and when informed the reception she said would you like to switch the vehicle I said no because I already half way checked in and took pics, she then gave a brush to clean it!!!! After completing the rental the vehicle died on street due to battery failure, terrible terrible place to rent U-Haul.
Aria KThe day was snowy, they hadn't bothered to clear the snow off the vehicle, I don't know if it's company policy to deliver the car like that or not.They gave me a snow brush, it took 10 minutes to clear the snow. She seemed impatient and gave short, annoyed answers as if I was bothering her and she was doing me a favor. she told me: "this is the key, you will find the car in either side of the street, look for the number, you'll find it.you need to refill the tank". I finally found the car, cleared the snow but saw the gas is already at half, again came back to office to ask whether they know this or not. long story short, very disappointing experience. nobody bothered to came out of the office and deliver the car or help.
MOHAMMAD EThere was snow on the truck but there was no scrapper or snow brush. Recommend having one placed in the vehicle for the safety of both the driver and other vehicles.
