Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisNot sure Everything was fine for me
David SStaff were very helpful, and helped me upgrade when I realized the truck I rented didn't have the ramp. When I returned the truck I hadn't checked how full the gas had been at the start. I recalled it was just under halfway full, but they assured me it was actually just over halfway full. I filled it to just over halfway, but when I got my receipt a day or two later saw that it had been just under halfway as I'd recalled. Not the end of the world, but prevented the full 5 stars.
Andrew BStaff there is amazing
Ashley BFor some reason I had a hard time taking photos of van on returning, twice I had all pictures and when I tried to go to step 2 the pictures disappeared. The owner of petro canada checked uhaul site on his phone and said I was good to go. I would prefer to start with a full tank and fill up an return rather than visually try and fill to quarter tank i started with. I found the service and the truck excellent.
