David M.Only complaint is that I booked a uhaul for pick up at 10 am from Sunsrise Small Engine and Rental on Sunset in St. Thomas. Arrived there and he wasn't expecting me and didn't have a truck. Found me in the system and sent me down Sunset to a other Uhaul pickup location at St. Thomas Self Storage beside Shaws Ice Cream. They had a truck but handed the keys and said to see if it would start and let it run for a bit because it had been sitting for several days in the cold. The battery was dead and was told the only other truck available in Southwestern Ontario was a truck in Tillsonburg. Move was delayed by 2 hours by the time we got the truck from Tillsonburg and made it back to St. Thomas and almost didn't have a truck at all.
