I was a first timer and as soon as I made this known to the agents, they were very helpful. The process was easy and clear, no hidden charges. I would more than most definately use U-Haul again.

Jared T.He told us the truck wasn't due back until Wednesday and he didn't have any room on the lot. I told him we were done with it and were dropping it off.
Judy R.Poor Customer Service. Young, inexperienced employee was aggressive and threatening. When I asked him to call his boss, he got more confrontational. I have not had this experience with any other person at this location, and I am extremely disappointed that this immature employee tried to escalate a situation instead of going out of his way to help a customer. I even provided a reasonable solution for him, but he refused to acknowledge or listen. Clearly, the customer is not even close to right. I would not recommend anyone going here until this employee is retrained and fixes his attitude.
