MYRON CWhen I read the location to pick up the U-Haul trailer, nobody was there. Upon communicating with you all representative person that worked at this location eventually showed up about an hour later, which sent me back because I was on a time crunch, however when she did show up, she was very polite and apologized And I did get the $50 U-Haul Guarantee credited to my bank account.
