Joy was great, she was friendly and offered helpful advice. She was quick to go and pickup our truck when U-haul sent it to a different location than where we had requested. She had it ready for us at the agreed time and day.

Hours were supposed to be 10-2. No one was there..called the number on the sign, left message, waited 30 minutes no one came or called back. Third location we tried to return the trailer to. After 52 extra miles and almost 2 hours between phone calls and driving. It was frustrating to say the least and upsetting missed family viewing we drove 6 1/2 to be there. We would of been on time had not taken 2 hours extra hours out of our morning.
PATRICIA WI was told to drop the equipment at this location. I did do and tried to check it in on the app. The app couldn't find the location. I contacted uhaul and told them. They said I would not be charged extra. Now they charged me extra when though I have a time stamped photo showing they were turned in on time.
THOMAS BStop changing the agreed upon pickup location on the day of the scheduled pickup as well as the agreed upon drop location. Joy the owner of Hidden Acres is a "JOY" to work with especially when reserving a truck or trailer.
Curtis MPersonnel were not available when I dropped off.
