I can't comment on the personnel since it was after hours, so I put yes but they indeed seemed to have the trucks accessible and organized well.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI’m not rating thr place itself but the prices were astronomically high for a two hour job and like maybe 40 miles of usage. $123. Are you kidding me. Not a good time in today’s world to charge people $123 for the barely use of a vehicle.
Kim TI had completed my paperwork online for my pickup on Friday, which we picked up. However, I got a call on Saturday morning from them asking if I was planning on picking up my truck. I explained that I had the truck in my possession. Apparently, I was given the wrong truck. Also, the truck was scheduled to be returned by 5:15 pm. and I was called around 3pm asking when I planned on returning because someone had a reservation for that vehicle. We rushed back to return and the place was closed, so I don't know how the other person was planning on picking it up at my scheduled drop off.
Ophelia PSafe Ship was not the drop off location on my contract. I was not contacted by anyone advising my drop off location had changed. This is unacceptable. Safe Ship itself reeked of marijuana and the guy made me move the truck on to the grass instead of him handling the truck after I just parked it.
EDWARD GLocation and workers were great but the truck’s AC does NOT work which is unacceptable.
