The truck was clean and in good working order. Service was professional and prompt. However, this location had no appliance dolly or furniture blankets, which I had reserved. This caused some inconvenience.
DANIEL WI was charged for a furniture dollies but the location doesn't carry any equipment. Also the truck was on empty when I received the keys.
MAURICE C-Parking is limited and the place is small. The truck was parked in a muddy grassy area with little space between other trucks. -The dolly’s and furniture covers I ordered were not in the truck. Since I picked up before the store opened, I was unable to get it for the move. -The app. Gave me an error so I couldn’t finish the pickup process without calling the 800 #. -Once I finished getting registered on the phone, I was told a manager would call me to process the reimbursement. No one ever called.
