Ken VLet customers know they need a brake controller if they are planning on using the moving truck to tow a camper or other such equipment.
Kristine BThe first uhaul in little falls mn didn't have my truck back when I came to get it because someone didn't return it. Had to drive to St Cloud mn to get another one . They discounted me $30 dollars. Went to return the truck in Wadena mn bit couldn't find it. Finally called the help number and waited on hold for 20 minutes to talk to someone then they transferred me to a scheduler only to disconnect me . So called again and talked to a different person who was much more helpful. She was able to figure out where it was and where the key box was . Also was doing my return process on my app and it suddenly disappeared so I don't even know if it was accepted. So I hope it all is OK.
